Desde a sua primeira exposição em conjunto, já se passaram quatro anos, uma crise dos 30 e sabe deus quantos desgostos de amor.
Desde que se conheceram, descobriram que fazem parte da mesma equipa… A equipa dos incuráveis românticos, dos lesionados das emoções e magoados no coração. A equipa que perde.
Talvez por isso, conseguiram manter uma relação de amizade à distância: baseada em partilhas de vídeos de animais bébés e mensagens de voz tardias, chorosas e/ou filosóficas.
Cada uma, à sua maneira, ruma destemida e corajosamente em direcção ao desconhecido para no fim descobrir que neste jogo do amor, muitas vezes se sai a perder…
Mas onde costumamos ver derrota, elas vêem potencial e inspiração (um obrigada a todos os ex-namorados).
Maria e Mariana continuam a ir aos treinos diários no ginásio da vida para, de cabeça erguida e coração forte, perderem cada vez melhor.

Recap: Tamara Alves Solo Exhibition “It´s a Pleasure To Burn” at Art Room Lisbon

It opened on the 28th of September 2017 at the Art Room in Lisbon , Tamara Alves Solo Exhibition “It´s a Pleasure To Burn” has been a success since day 1. The exhibition should be opened to the public until the 10th of October but the date of closure was extended until Saturday the 14th due to the public’s adhesion.

This exhibition is inspired by Ray Bradbury, and his masterpiece Fahrenheit 451 “It was a pleasure to burn”.
” The series of images presented in this exhibition are poetic, rebellious, exuberant, intense and sensual just like fire.
Fire consumes us and destroys us, burns us and manages to transform our inner being into something charming, warm and enveloped in eroticism and passion. We are fire.” (Source: Here)
